If you find an error with your order find you need to return or exchange an item, please email customer service email@example.com and we will help you with a quick and easy resolution.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Wheels cannot have had tires mounted. If wheels are received and it is evident that tires have been installed credit will not be issued and wheels will be scrapped. If wheels are received and it is evident they were not repackaged properly resulting in damage during transit credit will not be issued and wheels will be scrapped.
Return product must be received by Superspeed within 30 days of RGA being issued. If product is not received within this time customer will be billed for the replacement product.
If wheels are being returned with call tags sent from firstname.lastname@example.org the customer has 5 days to print the labels and 15 days to send the product before they expire. If the labels have expired and the customer still wishes to return the product they will be responsible for covering the shipping cost.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus freight charges.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
